On June 26 Elance and The Common Room are hosting our first ever Blogathon in Johannesburg to get people blogging, tweeting, mingling and meeting. You will be asked to create a blog about a topic which we will give you on the evening as well as a mystery challenge thrown in. Each team or individual will be assigned a judge. The individual judges will select their top blogs and then the panel will meet to select the winners and runners up. Winners and Runners up will be announced the same night!

Spaces are limited and we will be reviewing applications against criteria in order to select our final group of not more than 30 people. You confirmed participation will be sent to you by 17 June 2014.

There will be some great prizes for the winners, among others free memberships to The Common Room – worth over R10,000, a guest blogging opportunity on the global Elance blog, and lots of fame and much more.
